The Marina Industries Association of Australia (MIAA) is holding its bi annual Marinas Conference following on from the 2009 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
The theme for the Marinas 2009 conference is Marinas – sustainability through innovation. Conference topics will include world wide content and cover: new ideas for profit generation, economic impacts, environmental sustainability including green marinas, innovation, fuel docks into the future, boat storage – dry stack to superyacht, cooperative ventures, best practice customer service, industry career paths and certification and valuations/rents. Workshops will include exhibitor sessions. Field trips and networking opportunities will again be an important part of the program.
