In order to complete this application please follow the prompts. You will need your Manufacturer Indentification Code (MIC) and relevant details for each plate you are ordering as well as your credit card details for payment.
If you do not hold an active MIC, please contact lynleigh@biawa.asn.au at the AMIF office to arrange an alternative means of ordering. Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of your artwork confirmation being received.
